Deliveries and returns
Our orders are delivered by Mon Envie from our Store in Nice. Delay is usually within 72 hours upon payment received. Out of exceptions, our products are expedit same day if your order is completed before 12AM.
Mon Envie delivers your orders in France.
Delivery is executed by Colissimo (A service from the post office). A reliable and fast service (48h) which deliver your orders home or office and which would keep your parcel to the nearer post office if you are absent.
Delivery in mainland France (Corsica included) is free for clothing and from € 50 for accessories out of sales & promotions.
In Nice or nearby, whether products are availabled, we are happy to offer free delivery within the day or the day after.
To receive you order within best delay, we recommand to give an address where you are available during daily hours ( your office for example), or to get a place where someone can accept parcel for your goods (concierge for example).
Mon Envie ME cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery by Colissimo service of the Post (strike, blockage, or any other delivery time).
Origine and product conditions
Our products are ALWAYS new and supplied from original brand or designer. If you receive a product that is not in the original packaging, it is probably because it has been tried in our store. Our products are verified before delivery. If you receive a product that does not fullfill your desire, don't hesistate to return it for exchange or reimbursment.
Returns & exchanges
A reference is not at the good size, or do not fit well?
No problem, you can of course return it within 14 days after receipt, you will be reimbursed with best delays.
When you want to return a product, go to my account, click on order history and details, select your order, add a reason, and click on make an RMA slip. And return the product to :

Please also add the following email address to your return package to enable us to better track your package : firstname.lastname@example.org
Product(s) must be in good original conditions, in original packaging and put in a proper box for return; it must not be seen any trace of use on reference and sended back with all accessories delivered. After validation all those conditions are fullfilled, we will proceed with a credit note and reimbursment.
For size swop, you can directly book a new order with exchange precised on note and we will offer you return and new delivery. For another product swop, we kindly councel tou to put in your return commentary the product we are interrested with.
Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment at the latest. They are shipped via COLISSIMO with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via CHRONOPOST at an additional cost. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Whatever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online.
In the event of a problem with the delivery time, Mon Envie ME undertakes to make any complaint necessary in order to keep a reasonable time but cannot be held responsible for additional delays related to transport whatever the related problem, strike, demonstration, hazards or other period beyond its control.
In the event of loss of package, Mon Envie ME will issue a credit note and refund the order after official confirmation of the loss of the package by the carrier.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
