The WHEEL BIS blouse is made of 100% cotton poplin, in a solid black color. It has a loose fit at the front and back, a stand-up collar with two buttons. It opens with a 21-point neckline, a low armhole with two jewel buttons on the cuff. It is longer at the back with a rounded finish and a slit on each side.
